Pearson and Carolyn E. Pearson, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Taylor, Bean Whitaker Mortgage Corp., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated September 29, 2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 1, 2008, at Reception No. 942613 in Book 706 at Page 133. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. Assignment dated: November 23, 2009 Assignment recorded: December 2, 2009 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 950852 in Book 737 at Page 317 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on March 16, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P.
