Standing, a married man, Party(ies) of the second part, whose address is: P.O. Box 212, Diamondville, Wyoming 83116 Witnesseth: That the said party of the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and Other Goods and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto the said party(ies) of the second party, his /her heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real property Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit: Lot 1 of Block 13 of Lincoln Heights 4 Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on October 3, 1977 as instrument No. 499086 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Also known as: 1419 9 West Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101 Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531). Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in an wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim, and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances; To have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with appurtenances, unto Justin G. Standing, the said party(ies) of the second part, his /her heirs and assigns forever. Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions, and right appearing of record; and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show. And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the said party(ies) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns, against all and every person or person lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the said party of the first part, to Warrant and forever defend.
