HomeMy WebLinkAbout956462TRUSTEE'S DEED Lots 14 and 15, Section 19 all in Township 24 North, Range 115 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming Now described as Lots 104 and 105 of the Commissary Ranch, Unit E Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming OO& 497 THIS INDENTURE, made this 26th day of October, 2010, between CLARKE C. COLL as Trustee of the Estate of Martha Raye Blais, in Cause No.09 -14249 j7 filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico, party of the first part, and DICK A WALKER, SALLY A WALKER, TED K. WALKER and LINDA A. WALKER, party of the second part, witnesseth, that: Whereas, the Trustee was appointed in the above -named bankruptcy estate on September 18, 2009; thereafter, said Trustee filed a Motion to Sell Property of The Estate Located at Commissary Ranch, Lincoln County, Wyoming; and the Bankruptcy Court on September 10, 2010 having entered its Order Authorizing Trustee to Sell Property Located at Commissary ranch, Lincoln County, Wyoming, authorizing the sale of the subject property; and in furtherance of said Order, the Trustee hereby conveys the estate's interest in the real properties described below. Now, therefore, I, Clarke C. Coll, Bankruptcy Trustee, by the virtue of the power and authority in me vested, as aforesaid, and in consideration of the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00), to me paid by the party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part, and its assigns, forever, all of the interest which the Debtor Martha Raye Blais had on the date of the filing of the aforementioned bankruptcy proceeding, that being September 18, 2009 the following described property: together will all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining; and the reservation and reservations, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof. To have and to hold the said above bargained premises, with the appurtenances, and every part thereof, unto the party of the second part, and its assigns, to its and their own property use; as fully and absolutely as the party of the first part can and ought to do pursuant to the statutes and their authority. This sale and conveyance is made without any representations or warranties of any kind. In witness whereof, I, as such Trustee have hereunto set October, 2010.
