HomeMy WebLinkAbout956476KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Meadowlark Construction, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, also sometimes previously referred to erroneously as "Meadowlark Construction Solitude Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, also sometimes previously referred to erroneously as "Solitude Holding, LLC hereinafter referred to as the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by 1ST BANK, a Wyoming corporation, of Alpine, Wyoming, its successors and assigns, 79 Highway 89, P.O. Box 3110, Alpine, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, 83128 -3110, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, successors, assigns, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto 1ST BANK, of Alpine, Wyoming, its successors and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as Grantors may have or ought to have, in and to all the following described premises to wit: Unit 1, 2 and 3 of Wind Sock Condominiums, Identical with Lot 91 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1, Plat 2 Amended -9 Filing, as Recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, on March 21, 2008 as Document No. 937725, in the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; Together with all improvements thereon, and easements, appurtenances and incidents belonging or appertaining thereto, or used in connection therewith; subject, however, to all mining, mineral and other exceptions, reservations, covenants, conditions and right of way of record. This Deed is an absolute grant of title in effect as well as in form, and is not intended by the Grantors to be a mortgage. The conveyance herein is subject to acceptance by the 1ST BANK, of Alpine, Wyoming, and the Grantor acknowledges that 1ST BANK's interest in the above described property shall not merge with any existing mortgages in favor of the Grantee and that any such mortgages encumbering the above described property shall remain in full force and effect until a mortgage release is properly recorded by the Grantee. The acceptance of this Deed and the consideration therefore shall be evidenced by and be the recorded release of said mortgages. The Grantors hereby release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the 1ST BANK, of Alpine, Wyoming, its successors and assigns forever. MEADOWLARK CONSTRUCTION LLC., a Wyoming limited liability company, and SOLITUDE HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, nor any other person on their behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title in the premises or any part thereof, but we, them and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred. 2010.
