DECREE OF DIVORCE AUG 13 THIS MATTER having come before the Court for a Bench Trial on August 3, 2010, and the Plaintiff having appeared with her attorney Anne B. Ashley, LLC and the Defendant having appeared with his attorney Richard J. Mulligan, and the Court having the heard the evidence presented the argument of counsel, and being otherwise advised in the premises FINDS as follows: 1. Plaintiff resided in the State of Wyoming for more than sixty (60) days immediately prior to filing the Complaint in this matter, and Plaintiff and Defendant currently reside in Wyoming. 2. The parties hereto are husband and wife, having been married to each other on April 28, 2006 in Lander, Wyoming. 3. The parties separated in mid December, 2009. 4. No children were born to the parties and none are expected. 5. Irreconcilable differences have arisen between the parties making it impossible for them to live together as husband and wife, and Plaintiff should be granted a Decree of Divorce on such a basis. 6.The Plaintiff gave a up a job and home that she owned in Casper, Wyoming in 2003 to relocate to Lincoln County Wyoming to reside with Defendant. 7. The Plaintiff and Defendant lived together essentially as husband and wife from early 2003 until their marriage in 2006. 8. The Plaintiff made contributions to the marriage, home and business of the parties including contributions as a business manager, cook and wrangler for the business, and as a homemaker 9. There is a loan on the replacement vehicle in Plaintiffs name. 10. Plaintiff incurred medical and dental expenses during the marriage. 11. The Defendant paid some credit card debt of the Plaintiff incurred prior to marriage. 12. The Defendant helped to support Plaintiffs son for a portion of the marriage while he resided with the parties. 13. The Defendant owns a home located at 300 Rimfire Road, Etna, Wyoming. Said home was acquired with the separate assets of the Defendant 14. The Plaintiff has been allowed to reside in the home while this matter is pending. She should be allowed to remain in the home until August 20, 2010, when Defendant shall be permitted to move back into the home. 15.The Defendant owns and operates Barlow Outfitting and Jackson Hole Packtrips and four special use permits associated therewith. 16. The separate personal property of the parties has been identified and has been agreed to be divided as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. 17. There may be photographs specifically related to Barlow Outfitters and Defendant's hunting activities stored on Plaintiffs computer. Defendant shall be entitled to have a friend familiar with computers review the computer and copy any such photographs. Arrangements for such review shall be made with Plaintiff at her convenience 18. The debts of the parties have been identified and should be divided as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof. 19. Plaintiff is entitled to a property settlement payment in the sum of $35,000.00 20. Plaintiff desires to be restored to her maiden name, Ronda L. Hansen. WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS: 1 Plaintiff Ronda Barlow is awarded a Decree of Divorce from the Defendant herein, and the marriage contract between the parties is hereby dissolved. 2. The Defendant shall retain ownership of the real property located at 300 Rimfire Road, Etna, Wyoming, and the improvements thereon. Plaintiff shall be entitled to sole possession of the residence until August 20, 2010. 3. The Defendant shall retain sole ownership of Barlow Outfitting and Jackson Hole Packtrips, and the special use permits issued incident thereto. 4. The personal property of the parties is divided and set over to each party as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The parties shall cooperate in the peaceable transfer of such property. 5. The debts of the parties are divided as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof. Each party shall assume and is solely responsible to pay the debt set over to him or her. 6. Defendant shall arrange for a person of his choosing who is familiar with computers to copy any photographs related to Barlow Outfitting or Defendant's hunting activities located on Plaintiffs computer. The arrangements for review and copy of such photographs shall be made at a time and place convenient to Plaintiff. 7. Defendant shall pay Plaintiff the sum of $35,000.00 as property settlement, payable as follows: a)The sum of $5000.00 shall be paid to plaintiff on or before August 20, 2010 in order to help defray the costs of relocation for Plaintiff. Plaintiff shall not be required to vacate the residence on August 20, 2010 if such payment has not been received. b) The balance in the sum of $30,000.00 shall be paid to Plaintiff on or before October 15, 2010; provided however, that in the event the balance is not paid prior to September 1, 2010, Plaintiff shall have a judgment lien which shall attach to the real property located at 300 Rimfire Road, Etna, Wyoming, which shall bear interest at the rate of ten percent per annum until paid. 8.
