and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 1292, Evanston, WY 82931, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to -wit:
Lot 27, Plat 15, Star Valley Ranch, according to that plat of record in the
Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all
buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
