TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the rights and interest herein assigned to Assignee, its respective, successors and assigns, subject to the terms, provisions and obligations of the leases or underlying interest provisions hereby assigned. FURTHERMORE, Assignor hereby assigns unto Assignee all of Assignors right, title and interest in and to the personal property and equipment situated upon the lands described above, or used or obtained in connection with the leases therein described. This Assignment is made without warranty of title, either express, or implied, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, devisees, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
