That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM unto the said
Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, and described as follows to -wit:
A portion of the NE'%NE'/a of Section 12, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East boundary of said NE%NEV, said point being 661.65
feet South from the Northeast corner of said NE'%NE%a;
thence South, continuing along said East boundary 665.45, to the South boundary
of said NE' /4NE'k;
thence N 89 °11'54" W, along said South boundary, 328.464 feet;
thence North 660.86 feet;
thence East 328.432 feet to the said East boundary of said NE',NE' and point
of beginning, containing 5.00 acres, more or less.

a limited liability company organised and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
STEPHEN A. WILSON AND BELINDA H. WILSON
Husband and Wife as Tenant by the Entireties,

WITNESSETH:
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement for ingress and egress and utilities along
the north 30 feet thereof.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
