CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantee, whose address is 106 Eagle Lake Drive, West Monroe, LA 71291
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 6 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 9, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
