2000, Grantors, of Fairview, Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to:
As Tenants in Common, all rights to the following real estate described in the
attachment annexed hereto entitled:

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under the virtue of the homestead

Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 454 of Photostatic Records on page 223 and
part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 642 of Photostatic Records on page 5 and all
of that tract of record in said Office in Book 708 of Photostatic Records on page 451, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said E1/2NE1/4;

thence S84 57' -31 "W, 221.79 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point of intersection with
the southerly prolongation of the west line of said tract in Book 708;
thence N00 38' -02 "E, 1893.50 feet, along said west line, to the southwest point of that tract
of record in said Office in Book 702 of Photostatic Records on page 669;
thence S89 01' -28 "E, 220.12 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 702, to the
southeast point of said tract on the east line of said E1/2NE1/4;
thence S00 27' -03 "W, 1255.28 feet, to a point at a fence corner;
thence S00 57' -08 "W, 614.99 feet, along an existing fence line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 9.60 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW /4 of Section 17, T31N R119W,
being N00 50' -24 "E;
TOGETHER with that right of ingress and egress and utilities of record in said Office in Book

each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate details;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
