dealing with is sole and separate property, and RON HACKLIN, a single man, Grantors,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for themselves, their heirs, executors, and
administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said Y H, LLC, a Wyoming
limited liability company, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 637, Moorcroft, Wyoming
82721, its successors and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interests, property,
possession, claim and demand, as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to -wit:
The real property identified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
AND TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto
appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns, to their own proper use and benefit forever.
