TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 60.00 feet wide Right -of-
Way Easement for Cedar Lane, a Private Road, as delineated
on the Plat of Cedar Creek Ranches recorded, with Document
No. 500153, Map No. 219, with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 60 -foot wide Right -of -Way
for Hoback Drive County Road 12-415S, as referred to in
Resolution No. 2000 -29 recorded with Document No. 2000 -29,
in Book 2 Resolutions, on Page 701, and Resolution No.
2003 -89 recorded with Document No. 2003 -89, in Book 3
Resolutions, on Page 88, with said Office.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Lower Valley Energy
Distribution Easement recorded with Receiving No. 950708,
in Book 736, on Page 570, and with Receiving No. 950709, in
Book 736, on Page 572, all with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Rights -of -Way and Improvements of sight and
or record, including but not limited to those shown hereon.
That the Shared Well and Easements, and the Utilities
Easements, as shown hereon are and shall be
granted to the owner and successors and assigns of each lot
created.
That in accordance with Section 34 -12 -106 thru 34 -12 -110 of
the Wyoming Statutes 2007, as amended we hereby
respectfully request the Clerk to Vacate Lot 4 of Cedar
Creek Ranches.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
That this Affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the
same affect as if the original Mylar Plat of said Parcel
Division had been signed.
