KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Sharon C. Wells does hereby certify that a certain
mortgage, bearing date the 16th day of November A.D. 1970 made and executed by
Garry M. Crook and Karlene H. Crook as mortgagor to Sharon C. Wells as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate herein mentioned as security for the payment of $15,000.00 therein

Township 31 North, Range 119 West, 6th Principal Meridian together with all pipe lines, water rights,
improvements and appurtances,
Excepting, beginning at a point 283 feet South from the North West corner of the South West 1/4
of the North East 1/2, Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, 6th Principal Meridian and thence
running East 33 feet, thence South 180 feet, thence East 156 feet, thence South 200 feet, thence West 189
feet, thence North 380 feet to the point of beginning, together with water rights for culinary purposes and
lawn irrigation and all other improvements and appurtances.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged
and in considerations thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor
