KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JEFF FREI, 312
Montrose Drive, Folsom, California 95630, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as I may have or ought to
have, in or to the undivided 16.6% interest that I hold in the real property described
below as follows: unto DEBORAH F. HURD, an undivided 6.638 unto GREG
FREI, an undivided 3.319 unto DALE RICHARDSON, an undivided 3.319 unto
BRET BRYSON, an undivided 1.108 unto CARRIE BRYSON, now known as
CARRIE BALLY, an undivided 1.108 and unto PAM COOPERIDER, an undivided
1.108 GRANTEES, as tenants in common, c/o Deborah F. Hurd, 2133 Highway 121,
Hineston, Louisiana 71438, and their heirs and assigns forever, said property being
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 33 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the
intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 185 of Photostatic Records on Page 380, as follows:
BEGINNING at a position on the west line of said West Half of the
Southwest Quarter, North 00 °12'00" East, 1190.83 feet from the southwest corner
of said Section 12; thence continuing, North 00 °12'00" East, 457.79 feet, along
said west line to a point on the northwesterly bank of the Salt River; thence North
86 °83'34" East 29.66 feet, along said bank, to a point; thence North 70 °08'59"
East, 67.85 feet, along said bank, to a point; thence South 59 °32'48" East, 690.32
feet, to a point; thence North 86 °27' 12" East, 100.00 feet, to a point; thence South
03 °32'48" East, 90.00 feet to a point under an existing fence line; thence South
86 °27' 12" West, 797.00 feet, along said fence line, in part to the POSITION OF
BEGINNING.
As a result of said conveyance, title to said property is now held as follows:
Bret Bryson, an undivided 6.708% interest, as a tenant in common;
Carrie Bryson, now known as Carrie Bally, an undivided 6.708% interest as a
tenant in common;
Pam Cooperider, an undivided 6.708% interest as a tenant in common;

Greg Frei, an undivided 19.919% interest as a tenant in common;
Dale Richardson, an undivided 19.919% interest as a tenant in common; and
Deborah F. Hurd, an undivided 40.038% interest as a tenant in common.
