Miles Beverage, Inc., a Wyoming close corporation and Corey Miles and Michelle Miles,
husband and wife, collectively referred to as Grantors, whose address is 611 South Washington,
Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to
the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Miles Beverage, Inc., a Wyoming close
corporation, Grantee, whose address is 24 East 6 Avenue, Afton, Wyoming 83110 all of
Grantors' rights, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of land situated in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Condominium Units #1 and #3, Miles Professional Condominium,
according to the Declaration recorded on November 23, 2009, in Book 736,
Page 483 of the Lincoln County Real Estate Records.
Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
this state.
