REED DAYTON ELDON DAYTON MAP OF TRACTS IN TRACT 90 T24N R1 19W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING" described as follows: COMMENCING at the southeast corner of Tract S of said plat, N 82°1.5'W, 1655.11 feet from Corner No. 2 of said Tract 90, found as described in the Corner Record filed in said Office: thence N 89°12'W, 222.00 feet, along the south line of said Tract S its southwest corner identical with the northwest corner of Tract A of said plat. thence S 09 °56'E, 37.00 feet, to the northeast corner of that tract of land or record in said Office in Book 88 of Photostatic Records on page 63 now belonging to Dennis Anderson; thence S 89 °51'W, 348.86 feet along the north line of said tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING, S 00 °40'W, 58.78 feet from the southeast corner of Tract W of said plat identical with the southeast corner of Lot 8 of the Dayton Third Addition to the Town of Cokeville as depicted upon Plat No. 212 filed in said office; thence continuing S 89°51'W, 188.42 feet, along said Anderson tract to its northwest corner; thence S 00 °09'E, 160:00 feet, along the west line of said Anderson tract to a southeast corner of said Tract V; thence N 88°19'W, 441.15 feet along the south line of Tract V to its southwest corner; thence N 01 °20'W, 213.75 feet, along the west line of said Tract V to its northwest corner identical with the southwest corner of Tract X of said plat; thence S 89 °20'E, 634.66 feet, along the north line of said Tract V to said southeast corner of Tract W; thence S 00 °40'W, 58.78 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
