any capacity, the "FDIC IN ITS CAPACITY AS RECEIVER FOR FIRST BANK

bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over to 2010 -1 RADC /CADC Venture, LLC, a

66211, all right, title and interest in and to that certain:
Note and Real Estate Mortgage, each dated June 22, 2006, executed by
HAROLD D. ANDREWS and DONNA M. ANDREWS, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties (the "Grantor each being in the original principal sum
of Twenty -Five Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars ($25,000.00) and which Note was
made payable to FIRST BANK OF IDAHO, FSB and which Mortgage was
recorded on June 27, 2006, as Instrument Number 919702, in Book 624, Page
556 with the Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming
"Register's Office
Any and all other documents and instruments evidencing, securing and or
relating to the indebtedness and or obligations secured by the Mortgage and
any other recorded loan documents identified herein.
The Mortgage, as such may have been assigned and modified, covers the following
described property, less and except any portion of the property previously released and /or
reconveyed:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME UNTO SAID 2010 -1 RADC /CADC
VENTURE, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.

OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, BY THE FDIC IN
ITS CAPACITY AS RECEIVER FOR FIRST BANK OF IDAHO, FSB OR IN ITS
CORPORATE CAPACITY. THE LOAN IS CONVEYED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL
FAULTS," WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER,
INCLUDING AS TO COLLECTABILITY, ENFORCEABILITY, VALUE OF
