any capacity, the "FDIC IN ITS CAPACITY AS RECEIVER FOR FIRST BANK

HARRIS and LISA HARRIS (the "Grantor each being in the original
principal sum of Sixty -Eight Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars ($68,000.00) and
which Note was made payable to FIRST BANK OF IDAHO, FSB and which

Mortgage was recorded on July 13, 2006, as Document Number 920183, in
Book 629, Page 250 with the Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming "Register's Office
Any and all other documents and instruments evidencing, securing and or
relating to the indebtedness and or obligations secured by the Mortgage and
any other recorded loan documents identified herein.
The Mortgage, as such may have been assigned and modified, covers the following
described property, less and except any portion of the property previously released and /or
reconveyed:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME UNTO SAID 2010 -1 RADC /CADC
VENTURE, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.
THIS ASSIGNMENT IS MADE WITHOUT RECOURSE, REPRESENTATION
OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, BY THE FDIC IN
ITS CAPACITY AS RECEIVER FOR FIRST BANK OF IDAHO, FSB OR IN ITS
CORPORATE CAPACITY. THE LOAN IS CONVEYED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL
FAULTS," WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER,
INCLUDING AS TO COLLECTABILITY, ENFORCEABILITY, VALUE OF
COLLATERAL, ABILITY OF ANY OBLIGOR TO REPAY, CONDITION, FITNESS
FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY ANY PERSON, INCLUDING THE FDIC
OR ITS OFFICERS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR CONTRACTORS.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION IN ITS
CAPACITY AS RECEIVER FOR FIRST BANK OF IDAHO, FSB has caused this
