Baker PE /LS 698, 1995 location for the Northwest Corner of said NE1 /4; thence S89 °48'54 "W along said North line, 265.25 feet; thence N0 °11'06 "W, perpendicular to said North line, 245.57 feet; thence S89 °48'54 "E, parallel with said North line, 268.01 feet; thence S0 °27'28 "W, to and roughly along a North -South fence, and the Southerly prolongation thereof, 245.59 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.50 Acres of land, more or less. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Right -of -Way Easement for Meadows Lane County Road 12 -413 along the South line of the above described property, as referred to in the Right -of -Way recorded in Book 237PR, on Page 129, with said Office. Description of Corsi conveyance (warranty deed recorded in Book 687, page 77) The Corsi property as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No 901979 in Book 564PR on Page 877 and a portion of the Taylor property as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No 558076, in Book 176PR on Page 308 all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary and encumbrances being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Lloyd B.
