That part of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 34, T36NR119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the
office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 468 of Photostatic Records on Page 237, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the east line of said SW1/4NW1/4, S00°-11'-31"W, 151.20 feet, from the northeast corner thereof;
thence S00 11' -31 "W, 350.00 feet, along said east line to a point;
thence S84 07' -07 "W, 418.38 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of said tract in Book 468, to a point on an existing
fence line;
thence N82 00'024 "W, 904.64 feet, to a position on the west line of said SW1/4NW1/4;
thence N00 06' -44 "W, 103.77 feet, along said west line to the northwest point of said tract in Book 468;
thence N84 07' -07 "E, 1320.42 feet, along the north line of said tract in Book 468, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 8.30 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 34, T36NR119W, being N89 33' -12 "W;
it is the intent of this description that the called -for monuments, and not the existing fence lines, control the location of the
