ERICKSON AND WENDY D. ERICKSON REVOCABLE TRUST DATED December 21,1994, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $171,785.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18 Day of January, 2006 in Book 610 of Mortgages, at Page 38 as document #915316 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to wit: "SEE EXHIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF." The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
