KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 26
2007, and executed by Steven B. Parker, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $19,971.38 which mortgage was recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on the 28 Day of June, 2007 in Book 663 of Mortgages, at Page 855 as document #930785 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 18 day of
November, 20
