West, within the incorporated limits of the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming ,being part of those
tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 152 of Photostatic Records on page 525
and in Book 52 of Photostatic Records on page 94, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of the said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter South
00 °03.3' West, 100.00 feet from the northwest corner of the said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
found as described in that Certified Land Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office;
thence continuing South 00 °03.3' West, 40.78 feet to an intersection with the east right -of -way line of U.S.
Highway 89;
thence southerly, 165.41 feet, along the said east right- of-way line along the arc of a circular curve to the right
through a central angle of 9 °25.8' with a radius of 1004.96 feet, to a point;
thence continuing southerly, 60.99 feet, along the said east right -of -way line along the arc of a circular curve to
the right through a central angle of 3 °28.6' with a radius of 1004.96 feet, to a point;

thence North 00 °05.0' West, 226.33 feet, along the east line, in part, of said tract of record in Book 152, to the
southern most southwest point of that tract of record in the said Office in Book 274 of Photostatic Records

thence continuing North 00 °05.0' West, 30.00 feet, along the, jog line of said tract in Book 274, to a point;
thence North 89 °40.3' West, 129.00 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 274, to the southeast point of
that tract of record in the said Office in Book 192 of Photostatic Records on page 189;
thence continuing North 89 °40.3' West, 150.00 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 192, to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
