Box 11030, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to James A. Sandner and Linda L. Sandner, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, of P.O. This deed is being recorded to correct the Grantor's name and the legal description in that deed recorded on October 12, 2010 in Book 755, pages 185 et sue., Lincoln County, Wyoming. October, 2010.
