Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

husband and wife
as tenants by the entireties

following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to -wit:
Lot 2 of Block 5 of Lincoln Heights 5 Addition, First Filing to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof,
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto arid also Lot 2A, Amended Plat Dell Rio Addition
to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof
Subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
