SHERIFF S DEED ....
WHEREAS, Rick L. Hunsaker, as mo~gagor, ·
Security Bank, N.A., as modgagee, the hereinafter described real properly by
that cedain mo~gage dated September 25, 1998 (the "Mo~aae",
. ~ ) and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk ~nd ex-officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, S~ate of Wyoming, on September 28, 1998,
in Book 418 PR at Page 512; and
WHEREAS, the Modgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of First Security Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in
the Modgage, proceeded to adve~ise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real properly on May 18, 2001, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Coudhouse, 925 Sage
Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, First Security Bank, N.A. made the highest and best
bid for the hereinafter described real properly in the sum of $72,947.50, and the
said real propeKy was then and there sold to First Security Bank, N.A. on May
18, 2001; and a Cedi.ficate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to First Security Bank, N.A. on May 18,
2001, which Ce~ificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of
the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on May 18,' 2001 in Book 464 PR at Page 728; and
WHEREAS, said Ce~ificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mo~gage Corporation, its successors and assigns, by that cedain
Assignment of Ce~ificate of Sale dated October 25, 2001, and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the ~/ day of ~./~- 2001 in
Book x/?~ at Page. ~ ; and ' '
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real prope~y under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal Home Loan Modgage
Corporation, 8200 Jones Branch Drive, Maclean, VA 22102, its successors' and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real properly situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 14-L-3 of the Rolling Hills 1st Addition to the .City
of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described
on the official plat thereof with an address of 2003 Del
Rio Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appu~enances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appudenances thereunto
belonging, to Federal Home Loan Modgage Corporation, its successors and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this
