hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to
Randall L. Rees, a single man, grantee, of Route 1, Afton, WY 831101 the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 5 rods North from the Southwest corner of Lot
3, Block 22 in the Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming Townsite and running
thence East 6 rods, thence North 4 rods, thence West 6 rods, thence South 4
rods to the place of beginning, together with improvements and water rights.
SUBJECT TO all'easements, exceptions, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
