Hill, true and lawful attorney for her and in her name, place buy, convey and mortgage realty and to execute note, mortgage and other instruments relating to realty and I hereby give my said attorney full power tb do everything whatsoever, requisite and ~ necessary to be done in said transaction pertaining to the purchase of the following described property: Lot 3 Buckskin Crossing Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed August' 15, 1996 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 375. giving and granting unto said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as he might or could do if personally present with full power and substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that nay said attorney or my substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
