SHERIFFS DEED
WHEREAS, Jon K. Slovernick and Barbara L. Slovb6i6k_,' usbA d
and wife, as mortgagors, mortgaged to Great Western Thrift and Loan, as
mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated July 2, 1996 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on July 9, 1996, in Book 385 PR at Page 311, which
Mortgage, and the Note secured thereby, were assigned for value by Great
Western Thrift and Loan to Standard Federal Bank by the indorsement of such
Note and the execution and delivery of that certain assignment of mortgage
dated July 8, 1996, and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on July 11, 1996, in Book 385 PR at Page 434; and which Mortgage,
and the Note secured thereby, were assigned for value by Standard Federal
Bank to Chase Mortgage Company - West f/k/a Mellon Mortgage Company by
the indorsement of such Note and the execution and delivery of that certain
assignment of mortgage dated March 15, 1997, and duly recorded in the records
of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 10, 1997, in Book 404 PR at
Page 10; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Chase Mortgage Company - West, acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on December 21, 2001, at 10:00 o'clock in
the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse, 925 Sage Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Chase Mortgage Company - West made the highest
and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $25,597.47,
and the said real property was then and there sold to Chase Mortgage Company
- West on December 21, 2001; and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to Chase
Mortgage Company - West on December 21, 2001, which Certificate of Sale was
duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December
21, 2001 in Book 479 PR at Page 786; and
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 14, 2002, and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of eeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the __/,,~~h day of Z, 114Z2,p 2002, in
Book -~d' at Page and
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD,
and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Federal Home Loan Mortgage
Corporation, 8200 Jones Branch Drive, Maclean, VA 22102, its successors and
assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Lots 3 and 4 of Block 51 of the Second Addition to
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof with an address
of 1010 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this
heriff's Deed to be executed and delivered on the kq, day of
