Lutz, in those certain Warranty Deeds recorded March 17, 1999, in Book 427 P.R. at Page 410 and Book 427 P.R., Page 416 in the office of the Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming. That I know of my own knowledge that Sandra Mae Lutz mentioned in the attached Certified Copy of Certificate of Death was one and the same person.
