HINCKS, a married man, as his sole and separate property, of 555 Silverado Ranch Boulevard, No. 2007, Las Vegas, Nevada 89123, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to LEN J.
