QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DALE
RICHARDSON, P.O. Box 51415, Casper, Wyoming 82605, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever
quitclaimed all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as I
may have or ought to have, in or to the undivided 19.919% interest that I hold in the real
property described below as follows: unto DEBORAH F. HURD, an undivided 9.962
unto GREG FREI, an undivided 5.081%, unto BRETT BRYSON, an undivided
1.626 unto CARRIE BRYSON, now known as CARRIE BALLY, an undivided
1.625 and unto PAM COOPERIDER, an undivided 1.625 GRANTEES, as tenants
in common, c/o Deborah F. Hurd, 2133 Highway 121, Hineston, Louisiana 71438, and
their heirs and assigns forever, said property being located in Lincoln County, Wyoming,
more particularly described as follows, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12,
Township 33 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the
intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 185 of Photostatic Records on Page 380, as follows:
BEGINNING at a position on the west line of said West Half of the
Southwest Quarter, North 00 °12'00" East, 1190.83 feet from the southwest corner
of said Section 12; thence continuing, North 00 °12'00" East, 457.79 feet, along
said west line to a point on the northwesterly bank of the Salt River; thence North
86°83'34" East 29.66 feet, along said bank, to a point; thence North 70°08'59"
East, 67.85 feet, along said bank, to a point; thence South 59 °32'48" East, 690.32
feet, to a point; thence North 86 °27' 12" East, 100.00 feet, to a point; thence South
03 °32'48" East, 90.00 feet to a point under an existing fence line; thence South
86 °27' 12" West, 797.00 feet, along said fence line, in part to the POSITION OF
BEGINNING.
As a result of said conveyance, title to said property is now held as follows:
Brett Bryson, an undivided 8.334% interest, as a tenant in common;
Greg Frei, an undivided 25.0% interest as a tenant in common; and

Carrie Bryson, now known as Carrie Bally, an undivided 8.333% interest
as a tenant in common;
Pam Cooperider, an undivided 8.333% interest as a tenant in common;
