Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
20, 2008 and executed by REED RICK MILLER AND KELLY MILLER,HUSBAND AND
WIFE, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $484,016.58 which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 25 day of November,2008 in book 709 of Mortgages, at Page 774 as
document #943835 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to -wit:
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgage's do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 23' day of
November, 2010

Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and
