66211, all right, title and interest in and to that certain:
Note and Real Estate Mortgage, each dated March 05, 2008, executed by
DONALD RUZICKA as sole owner (the "Grantor each being in the original
principal sum of Thirteen Thousand and 00 /100 Dollars ($13,000.00) and which
Note was made payable to FIRST BANK OF IDAHO FSB, DBA FIRST

2008, as Instrument Number 937566, in Book 689, Page 445 with the Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming "Register's Office
Any and all other documents and instruments evidencing, securing and or
relating to the indebtedness and or obligations secured by the Mortgage and
any other recorded loan documents identified herein.
The Mortgage, as such may have been assigned and modified, covers the following
described property, less and except any portion of the property previously released and /or
reconveyed:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME UNTO SAID 2010 -1 RADC /CADC
VENTURE, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.

ITS CAPACITY AS RECEIVER FOR FIRST BANK OF IDAHO, FSB OR IN ITS
CORPORATE CAPACITY. THE LOAN IS CONVEYED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL
FAULTS," WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER,
INCLUDING AS TO COLLECTABILITY, ENFORCEABILITY, VALUE OF
