The name and address of the person seeking to enforce the lien is Frable Construction, LLC, a Wyoming LLC, whose address is P.O. Box 3922, Alpine, WY 83128. 2. The amount claimed to be due and owing Frable Construction, is Twenty -four Thousand Six Hundred Eight Dollars and Seventy Cents ($24,608.70). 3. The name and address of the person against whose property the lien is filed is: Lennie Sorenson P.O. Box 3292 Alpine, WY 83128 4. An itemized list, in the form of invoices and an initial estimate are attached. Frable Construction provided extensive remodeling services to the property. They include, but are not limited to demolition, interior and exterior trim work, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, tile, heating, fire place, drywall and painting. 5. The name of the person against who the lien claim is made is: Lennie Sorenson P.O. Box 3292 Alpine, WY 83128 0 0024 7 6. The date when labor was last performed or services were last rendered or the date when the project was substantially completed was August 12th, 2010. Frable Construction was a general contractor on the job. 7.
