other good and valuable consideration to Grantors in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the Grantee, and
Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever, the real property situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming and described as follows:
Lot 4 of Cottonwood Shadows 1 Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat filed on July 3, 2006 as instrument No. 919889 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject to easements, declarations, restrictions and reservations of record.
TOGETHER with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging or in
any way appertaining;
