HomeMy WebLinkAbout957035RELEASE OF MORTGAGE Known by all these presents, that KowPiCo, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of December 29, 2008, made and executed by John Sweeney, unmarried, as mortgagor, in favor of KOWPICO, LLC, a Kansas limited liability company, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $85,000.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on December 29, 2008, at Book 712, Page 17, mortgaging the following described real estate in said County and State, to -wit: "All Lands Described in said Mortgage" The aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged and in consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
