All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Beneficial Wyoming Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 20, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Beneficial Wyoming Inc.
