CONTRACTORS, LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as
"Assignor does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer and convey, unto ROSEWOOD
BUILDERS, INC., an Idaho Corporation, whose address is P. O. Box 51535, Idaho Falls, Idaho
83405, all beneficial interest under a certain Note and Mortgage dated December 17, 2007, with
JUSTIN W. ELAM and BONNIE K. ELAM, husband and wife, as Mortgagor, and given to
secure payment of FIFTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS AND
SEVENTY CENTS ($56,866.70), which Mortgage is recorded in Book 738 at page 744, in the
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with the note(s) and obligations therein
described, the money due and to become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to
accrue under such Mortgage.
