that certain mortgage executed by LDL Properties, LLC dated July 29, 2008, and recorded on August 8,
2008 in Official Records Book 701, pages 806, as Instrument No. 941108, of the Public Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, securing payment of the sum of $1,200,000.00, and promises and obligations
set forth in said mortgage, does hereby release the following described property from the lien and
encumbrance of said mortgage, to -wit:
Building #25 of Cedar Springs meadows, Phase III Condominium, Second Filing, as shown
by the official plat thereof filed on October 31, 2006, as Document No. 923937, as Plat 113 -B
