all right, title and interest in that certain Certificate of Sale dated August 3, 2010,
on the following described property:
LOT 9 OF WILD FLOWER ESTATES, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT NO 198 -B
FILED ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2003 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 893865
OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK
with an address of 190 Braves Circle, Afton, WY 83110
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on August 3, 2010, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on August 3, 2010, at Reception No. 954664 in Book 751 at Page
466 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
