DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON JULY 3, 2006 AS INSTRUMENT NO.
919889 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK

The effective date of this assignment is October 22, 2010. Such Mortgage having been given to secure
payment of $425,000.00, which Mortgage was recorded on July 17, 2007, in Book 666PR, Page 45, of
the official records of the County Recorder of LINCOLN COUNTY, State of WYOMING, together with
the note(s) and obligations therein described and the money due and to become due thereon with interest,
and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Mortgage.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Assignee, its successor and assigns, forever, subject only to
