Kemmerer, WY 83101, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum often dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to MATTHEW L. McCLOUD and JOAN McCLOUD, husband and wife, of 301
Lower Sunset, Kemmerer, WY 83101, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, Grantee, all
interest presently owned or hereafter acquired in and to the following described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
All of Lot Number 10 and the west 1 /2 of Lot Number 11, Block Number 7, Willow
Addition to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Purported Common Address: 214 Beryl, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, covenants, reservations
and restrictions of record.
