KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Gerald L. Goulding, as attorney for Salt
River Cove Property Owners Association, of Afton, County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, does
hereby certify that a certain Lien Statement Pursuant to General Continuing Lien bearing the date
of August 18, 2009, made and executed by Gerald L. Goulding, as attorney for Salt River Cove
Property Owners Association, claiming a lien against certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $2,617.50 plus assessments accrued in addition to that amount, as
therein stated, which lien statement was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 19th day of August, 2009, in Book
730, Page 182, Recording Number 948998, and concerning the following described real estate in
said County, to -wit:
Lot 17 of the Salt River Cove Division 1 2nd Amended subdivision according the
official plat thereof on file in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Receiving
No. 910483, previously known as Lot 1 of Salt River Cove Division No. 1.
is fully paid, satisfied, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the lien claimed pursuant to
said Lien Statement is hereby released.

Goulding, to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the attorney for
Salt River Cove Property Owners Association, a Wyoming corporation, described in and which

corporation by authority of its Board of Directors; and said Gerald L. Goulding acknowledged said
instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
