successor Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust (the "Trust Deed dated April 9, 2009,
executed by Bradley L. Dee and Marsha Dee, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, as
Trustor, and recorded April 15, 2009 in Book 720 at Page 572 Entry No. 946572 of records of the
county recorder of Lincoln County, Utah, pursuant to a written request of the Beneficiary
thereunder, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto,
the trust property now held by him as Trustee under said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed covers
real property situated in Lincoln County, State of Utah, described as follows:
LOT 35, PLAT 15, STAR VALLEY RANCH, RECORDED SEPTEMBER 27, 1978 AT DOCUMENT NUMBER 514466
AND MAP NUMBER 229 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING.
