County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantor, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY
AND WARRANT to Kemmerer Antler Motel, LLC, a Utah Limited Liability Company of 3039
South 600 West, City of Bountiful, State of Utah, Grantee, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate, suite in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
The Southerly 5 feet of Lot 8, all of Lots 9, 10, 11,12 and the northerly 30 feet of Lot
13, all of Block 1 of the Fairview Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise to appertaining
thereto.
Excepting therefrom, the portions of Lots 8, 9 and 10 that were previously deeded to
the State of Wyoming for U.S. Highway 189.
SUBJECT TO any easements, reservations, restrictions or right -of -ways of record,
of sight or in use.
