waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to -wit:

plat thereof, filed June 23, 2006, as Receiving No. 919612, in the Office of
Lincoln County, Wyoming as Plat No. 278 -E, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining
thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
