County, Idaho, grantors, for the consideration of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable considerations, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to Shirley Jayne Clawson, for an undivided
1/9 interest, Joseph Roger Wilding, for an undivided 2/9 interest, Shaleen Buttle Wilding, for an
undivided 2/9 interest, James Reid Wilding, for an undivided 1/9 interest, Diane Stailey, for an
undivided 1/9 interest, David Rex Wilding, for an undivided 1/9 interest, and to Jean Marie
Richardson, for an undivided 1/9 interest, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, grantees, of
c/o Walter Reid Wilding and Mary Lou Wilding, PO Box 6, Sugar City, ID 83448, all interest in the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
That part of HES 170 of Section 34, T34N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 406
PR on page 420, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for
Walter Reid Wilding and Mary Lou Wilding Wilding Tract" which is incorporated
herein by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 406 of Photostatic Records on
page 420, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west Iine of said HES 170, S00 27' -00 "E, 266.58 feet,
from Corner No. 2 thereof;
thence N89 39' -47 "E, 1000.71 feet, along the north line of said tract in Book 406, to a
point at the northeast corner thereof; on the east line of said HES 170;
thence S00 12' -22 "E, 327.91 feet, along said east line, to a point;
thence S89 22' -31 "W, 999.32 feet, to a point on said west line;
thence N00 27' -00 "W, 332.93 feet, along said west line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 7.59 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of HES 170, T34N R118W, being
N00 27' -00 "W;
TOGETHER with that right of ingress and egress and utilities of record in said Office in
Book 400 of Photostatic Records on page 420;
each `point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate
details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF FAMILY EXEMPT TRACT AND EASEMENTS FOR
WALTER REID WILDING AND MARY LOU WILDING AND HAROLD F.
