OF EASEMENT
Release and Relinquishment of Easement given by Eva LaRue M. Bateman aka Eva
LaRue Bateman, a single person (sometimes referred to as "Bateman of Bedford, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, in favor of Walter Reid Wilding and Mary Lou Wilding, husband and wife
(sometimes referred to as "Wilding of PO Box 6, Sugar City, ID 83448.
By a Quitclaim Deed dated December 17, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on January 12, 1998, in Book 406PR, page 420, certain real property was conveyed
to Bateman and Wilding as cotenants. Included in that conveyance was a 60 -foot wide easement
to provide access and utilities to the property conveyed. Bateman and Wilding are now dividing the
property between them and have agreed that in consideration of that division of the land, Bateman
will release and relinquish the easement as to her portion of the property, which portion is
described as follows:
That part of HES 170 of Section 34, T34N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 406
PR on page 420, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for
Harold F. Bateman and Eva LaRue Bateman Bateman Tract" which is incorporated
herein by this reference.
TOGETHER WITH a 60 -foot wide right -of -way easement for ingress and egress and
all utilities, for the benefit of grantees and their heirs, successors and assigns,
including the right to construct and maintain a roadway and utilities, over, across,
and along the West 60 feet of the exception parcel described above.

Therefore, in consideration of the payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, Eva LaRue M. Bateman aka Eva LaRue
Bateman, a single person, hereby releases and relinquishes to Walter Reid Wilding and Mary
Lou Wilding, husband and wife, the following described easement as set forth in the Quitclaim
Deed referred to above:
In witness whereof Eva LaRue M. Bateman aka Eva LaRue Bateman, a single person, has
executed this Release and Relinquishment of Easement as of the 17th day of December, 2010.

That part of HES 170 of Section 34, T34N R1I8W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of
that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 406 of Photostatic
Records on page 420, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of said HES 170, S00 27' -00 "E, 599.51 feet, from
Comer No. 2 thereof
thence N89 22' -31 "E, 999.32 feet, to a point on the east line of said IIES 170;
thence S00 12' -22 "E, 327.91 feet, along said east line, to the southeast corner of said tract in
Book 406, identical with Corner No. 4 of said HES 170;
thence S89 05' -13 "W, 525.28 feet, along the line between Corner No. 4 and Corner No. 5 of
said HES 170, to Corner No. 5 thereof;
thence continuing S89 05' -13 "W, 472.68 feet, along the westerly extension of said line, to a
point on said west line;
thence N00 27' -00 "W, 332.93 feet, along said west line, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 7.57 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of HES 170, T34N R118W, being N00
27'-00"W;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCI3ERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 11810 with appropriate details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
titled, "PLAT OF FAMILY EXEMPT TRACT AND EASEMENTS FOR WALTER REID
WILDING AND MARY LOU WILDING AND HAROLD F. BATEMAN AND EVA
LARUE BATEMAN WITHIN HES 170 T34N RI18W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
