part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 598 of
Photostatic Records on page 40, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the west line of said N %2SW' /4, S00 05' -00 "W, 437.16 feet,
from the northwest corner of said N %2SW' /4;
thence S89 51' -20 "E, 1382.89 feet, to a point on the east line of said tract;
thence S00 01' -48 "W, 424.53 feet, along said east line, to a point;
thence S89 37' -08 "W, 1383.33 feet, to a spike on said west line;
thence N00 05' -00 "E, 437.23 feet, along said west line, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 13.68 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW3/4 of Section 6, T32N
R118W, being N00 05' -00 "E;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel
reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON
WY PLS 5368 with appropriate details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, `BETH HEMMERT PLAT OF FAMILY EXEMPT TRACT WITHIN THE
N1 /2SW1 /4 SECTION 6 T32N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 20
May 2008, as revised.
